About Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation

The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation was established in 2007 as an independent and nonprofit organisation. The main goals of the foundation are providing aid to civilians, primarily refugees and internally displaced persons (with focus on their housing and economic problems), as well as improving the conditions for raising children and youth and development of philanthropy and social entrepreneurship.

The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation was founded as a vehicle for Ana and Vlade’s humanitarian efforts, as a continuation of their twenty years long humanitarian work in the United States through the operation of Humanitarian Organisation Divac (HOD). To-date Ana and Vlade Divac have raised over 20 million dollars through philanthropic efforts of the HOD in the United States and the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation in Serbia, for humanitarian aid and educational programs in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United States, Indonesia, Ethiopia and China.

The projects of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation have been funded with the help of: 650,000 individuals, 670 companies and 82 organisations.

Vision -  A society in which citizens take responsibility and understand the power of unity in addressing personal and societal problems.
