Lendahand is a fast-growing social fintech and VC-backed company. We operate two online impact investing platforms that allow individuals and institutions to create impact in emerging markets while earning a decent financial return. See for yourself at and

Through our digital platforms, a base of 10,000 retail & institutional investors are enabled to provide loans to non-bank financial institutions, fintechs, sustainable agri-businesses, and solartech companies in global emerging and frontier markets.

We are part of the revolution that is reshaping the banking and investment management landscape. Lendahand has found product/market fit and is in the scale up phase. We are about to cross the €100,000,000 in amount lent through our platforms. Next up: €1 billion. We will do this by continuously providing high-quality impact investments, expanding our offering (e.g. local currency loans, receivables financing), and innovation (e.g. algo-lending). The Investment Team increasingly uses emerging technology and data science to improve due diligence, analysis, on-boarding and monitoring.

We operate under a MiFID license and can officially call ourselves an Investment Firm. Unofficially, we are a mission-driven company that allows people in the Netherlands, UK, and Belgium to make their money make impact. Soon we will be active in a few other European countries as well.

The Lendahand team consists of 20 professionals. Some call themselves the experienced ones, and some team young gods (we leave it up to you to which group you think you belong). Together we form a dynamic and high-performing team that gets things done and is having fun while doing so.

We are part of the B Corp community and have won numerous awards. Only people that dare to jump on a train that is full speed ahead, need to apply. We hire great people from a variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger.
