Are you a Corporate Social Investor (CSI)*? Do you want to explore opportunities to scale your impact by engaging corporate employees in your activities, but you don’t really know how it is possible in your context? Then join us in Brussels!
In collaboration with Rotterdam School of Management, this course will support you to design and implement your employee engagement activities with the purpose to generate social impact. We believe that as a CSI, engaging employees is an excellent opportunity to provide valuable financial and non-financial support to social purpose organisations (SPOs) and scale social impact.
Based on our research “Social Impact through Employee Engagement” and on real life case studies, this workshop will help you design your employee engagement programmes by:
*A Corporate Social Investor (CSI) is any vehicle formally related to a company that aims to create social impact – i.e. impact-first or impact-only organisations linked to companies.

Lonneke Roza - EVPA
Lonneke is an Academic Researcher within the Rotterdam School of Management and specialises in employee engagement in Corporate Social Responsibility. Within her research, Lonneke holds a keen interest in community involvement strategies.
Kay Cameron - Lloyds Bank Foundation
Kay leads on Lloyds Bank Foundation’s skills based volunteering partnerships with the Foundation’s sponsoring corporate - Lloyds Banking Group. She manages a range of programmes – both long term and one-off – including Charity Mentoring, a Trustee Matching Programme, and an annual ‘Skills Exchange’ initiative. In the 6 years since skills based volunteering programmes were introduced, over 750 charities have partnered with Lloyds Banking Group colleagues.
Karoline Heitmann - EVPA
Karoline Heitmann is Corporate Initiative Manager at the European Venture Philanthropy Association’s (EVPA). She is leading EVPA's research on corporate social investing and is a published author on topics such as employee engagement and strategic alignment between corporates and corporate foundations.
Sara Seganti - EVPA
Sara is EVPA's Training Manager. She joined EVPA in 2017 to structure and to further develop the Training Academy activities, after more than ten years working as a project and impact manager and as a trainer in the social impact field.
