then the Social Impact Measurement and Management Training course is for you!
This is a comprehensive online training consisting of self-paced preparation learning, online live sessions and homework assignments.
The interactive live sessions will take place on 23 February, 25 February, 2 March and 4 March 2021; each from 09:00-12:00 CET (Brussels time). We will use Zoom for the live sessions, several interactive tools and breakout rooms to make the online experience as engaging as possible. For the preparation learning, participants will get access to EVPA’s online learning platform with videos, reading materials, interactive tools, and instructions for homework assignments for an additional 3 hours of learning.
In order to get to know your peers before the course, we offer a one-hour informal network table on 22 February from 16:00-17:00 CET (Brussels time). We strongly encourage you to take part in this informal session, which will help to break the (Zoom) ice and facilitate working with your peers during the live sessions.

This course is especially relevant for investors for impact such as foundations and social impact funds or in general, capital providers, who are about to set up or are considering improving their impact measurement and management system. Former participants ranged from grant officers and social investors to philanthropy advisors (banking, family offices, etc…), investment managers and social programme managers.
EVPA members have priority access to the courses and enjoy a 50% discount on the regular participation fees.

Adam Richards - Social Value UK
Adam Richards joined Social Value UK in 2016 as Senior Researcher working on the European Commission project SPRINT to apply the principles of social value to long-term care for frail older people across 11 European states.
Karen Wilson - Chair of Succession and Nominations Committee - GV Partners
Karen Wilson is the Founder of GV Partners, a research and consulting firm focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and finance. Among other organizations, Karen has been working with the OECD since 2009 on topics related to entrepreneurship, finance and innovation. For the past several years, she has been leading the OECD work on social impact investment. She has been engaged in the venture philanthropy and social investment community for over a decade through involvement with EVPA and other organisations.
Lara Viada - Creas
Lara Viada is the Principal at CREAS and she is passionate about Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing. She believes that organisations with sustainable business models can solve pressing social and environmental issues in a sustainable way. Lara holds a masters in international development and economics in Johns Hopkins University.
Astrid Laake Paaske - Ferd SE
Astrid is an Investment Professional in Ferd Social Entrepreneurs. She has been working on structuring their impact management process and further develop their measurement and management of impact. She has background from finance and the consulting industry.
Henriette Skretteberg - Ferd Social Entrepreneurs
Henriette Skretteberg has been active in the field of social impact in Norway for the past ten years. Since 2015 she has worked as a business developer and project manager at Ferd Social Entrepreneurs, and is now Development manager, social impact. Her background is from NGOs and she is a trained KaosPilot/BA Creativity, innovation and business development.
Sara Seganti - EVPA
Sara is EVPA's Training Manager. She joined EVPA in 2017 to structure and to further develop the Training Academy activities, after more than ten years working as a project and impact manager and as a trainer in the social impact field.
Florian Tuder - EVPA
Florian joined EVPA in March 2020 as Training Academy Coordinator. He previously worked as project and training manager in Brussels for a European federation of social & health care service providers, and before that as programme manager for a foundation in Vienna in the field of intercultural dialogue.
