I&P promotes African entrepreneurs through a trust-based relationship on financial, strategic and operational levels in one hand, and environmental, social and governance levels on the other hand. Their objective is to help responsible entrepreneurs to develop a sustainable activity and thus contribute to create local value and jobs.
In addition to financial support, they help their investees through coaching and mentoring of the CEO and the management team, operational management and governance advise. They have two funds, I&P Afrique Entrepreneurs and IP Developpement.
