Alix Lebec

Lebec is the Executive VP of WaterEquity, a new social impact investment manager investing in enterprises serving the water and sanitation needs of the BOP. Lebec oversees philanthropic and social impact investment fundraising efforts, and strategy for WaterEquity. For over 14 years, Lebec has built teams and forged strategic funding and investment partnerships that bring together innovation and large-scale impact. Prior to joining WaterEquity, Lebec built and led Water.org's entrepreneurial Strategic Alliances department. Under her leadership, Water.org developed a $60M portfolio of strategic donors to scale WaterCredit worldwide. Prior to WaterEquity and Water.org, Lebec developed and managed communications, and social and human development initiatives at the World Bank in France and Southeast Asia. Lebec holds a Master of Science in social policy and economics from the London School of Economics.
