Caroline Broadhurst

Caroline is the Deputy Chief Executive of the Rank Foundation, a U.K. based charitable foundation.

Rank operates a model of 'engaged philanthropy', including financial and non-financial support to charities and social enterprises. Caroline leads on a number of Rank's flagship programmes, including the Time to Shine Leadership programme that matches organisational capacity needs with the talents and skills of interns and those returning to the workplace. Caroline is a Clore Social Fellow and an executive coach. She is particularly interested in governance in the not for profit sector and nurturing the next generation of social sector leaders.
