Dr. Felix Streiter

Felix Streiter is Director of the Centre for Science and Humanities at Stiftung Mercator in Essen, Germany. He studied law and economics at the universities of Bayreuth, Geneva and Freiburg. He received an LL.M. from Duke University (2002) and holds a PhD from the University of Freiburg (2007). In 2001, he practiced as an attorney at the international law firm Linklaters. Since 2003, he works as a foundation manager: From 2003 to 2008 he was Head of Division at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. In 2008 he joined Stiftung Mercator. Felix Streiter has published several articles on foundation and research management.
