Always passionate about knowledge-sharing, Martine decided she gained sufficient experience in the private sector to share with others and moved into the non-profit sector where she could contribute to giving back in a different way. Martine therefore joined EVPA as the Community and Market Development Lead in December 2020.

She comes from United Fund for Belgium where she was in charge of the strategic marketing/coms initiative of this non-profit organisation with the CEO. She led key transformation and digitalisation efforts that focused on donors centricity journey to deliver personalised experiences. Prior to joining EVPA, Martine had a 16-year career as global marketing/communication executive at Accenture where she led sales marketing and communication related activities within Accenture Operations, including key digital integrated customer campaigns to attract and retain high value clients. She also led the Employer Branding marketing efforts to help position Accenture Operations as an employer of choice by attracting the right professionals and talents through the development and delivery of digital Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding initiatives. Martine started her career within the lobbying and EU Institutions environment. She then decided to work for private organisations such as Porter Novelli and MasterCard.

As a leader, Martine is a progress-focused transformational and a performance focused leader for her team, and always encourages and enables collaboration. Martine brings some specialist B2B skill sets to the table that will help hone and elevate EVPA added value and services to be even more relevant and effective to its members.

A French national who grew up with two cultures, Martine loves to communicate, share, discover, explore different things and cultures. She enjoys being around the kitchen and trying out new recipes and likes to travel. She also likes volunteering for charitable work and helping out others. Martine speaks French, German, English and Italian. She is married and has a daughter of 13 and is Brussels region based.
