The next frontier of Innovative Finance: Impact-Linked Finance
Overview

EVPA and Roots of impact are partnering to share insights on Impact-Linked Finance and support catalytic capital providers in knowing more and potentially adopting this innovative financing practice.

Impact-Linked Finance was born out of the idea that every business can improve its social and environmental impact and that funders can help them doing so by providing better terms for better impact. By building in rewards for positive impact, companies can be directly incentivised for outcomes such as increased income for people living in poverty, gender equality, reduced plastic waste, or improved learning outcomes for children. How?

In this webinar, Bjoern Struewer, Founder and CEO and Patrizia Baffioni, Lead Impact-Linked Finance Programs at Roots of Impact joined us to share their experience in using Impact-Linked Finance to help social enterprises scale and deepen their impact and talked about the underlying principles and characteristics of Impact-Linked Finance.
