REH has made energy-efficient home renovation the first step towards social integration for people in a situation of exclusion. At the end of 2020, REH SAS signed a Social Impact Bond (SIB) with the Agence Nationale de l'Amélioration de l'Habitat and Secours Catholique to renovate 200 housing units in 5 years.

In parallel, and in order to facilitate and accelerate the implementation of this project Phitrust Partenaires Europe and SEEA have decided to invest 500K€ in shares and convertible bonds in SAS REH.

The objective: to deploy the impact in the regions to respond to the 3.3 million households (6.7 million people) in France suffering from fuel poverty.

Phitrust Partenaires Europe is Phitrust’ 2nd social impact investment fund, launched in 2016 in partnership with the European Investment Fund.
