Gail Rego

Gail joined EVPA as the Communications and Partnerships manager in March 2020. She is a human rights activist passionate about making industries like tech and investing more inclusive and centred on social impact. She has a decade of experience in communication, community building and management roles in the UAE, Colombia, Malaysia, Kenya, and Belgium.

Within the impact sector, she has previously worked at Missing Children Europe, Impact HUB and MicroLoan Foundation. She is also an activist with Young Feminist Europe and the People of Colour Brussels group. Gail is an empathetic communicator who believes in leveraging diversity to reduce polarization and increase impact.
