Paul Chaffey

Paul Chaffey has since 16th October 2013 been State Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation for the Conservative Party in prime minister Erna Solberg's Cabinet. Chaffey was from 2001 to 2013 CEO of Abelia, the Norwegian business association of knowledge- and technology enterprises. He has had managerial positions in Statoil and been a board member in several university and research institutions, including Oslo University and the TTO program Forny 2020.
