Simon leads on public policy, public affairs and research for Big Society Capital. He led advocacy for the Social Investment Tax Relief, is currently developing how to establish social pension funds in the UK, and was secretariat for the UK Advisory Board to the Social Impact Investment Taskforce. Prior to Big Society Capital, he was a corporate lawyer in London, Moscow and Shanghai.
